At Holderness & Bourne, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a seamless return or exchange process for items in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your return package.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar mailer and securely affix the prepaid label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
